Prof. Fow-Sen Choa Elected SPIE Fellow
UMBC CSEE professor Fow-Sen Choa has been selected as a Fellow of SPIE, the International Society for Optics and Photonics, for “achievements in the development of standoff chemical sensing using quantum cascade lasers.”
